Right of repentance:

Remarks and Exceptions:
For intact packaging we mean that the the outer packaging is made for the normal inspection of the product, for which the customer has to open the packaging to verify it; However, the customer undertakes to do so in a way that does not damage the packaging. YOGAMATERIAL does not accept returns of personal use products that have been opened, that are returned with the seals violated or show any vestige of use.
Defective Products and Conditions of Products at the time of shipment:
YOGAMATERIAL verifies the conditions of all the products at the time of the expedition to the client, ensuring that the product leaves its warehouse in perfect conditions. If, for reasons of transport, the product is damaged whem arriving to the hands of the customer, the customer shall refuse it and return it to YOGAMATERIAL through the carrier that is delivering it, indicating in writing the reason for "refusal Packaging damaged "or" refusal for packaging with suspected violation ". The customer should also always check the number of volumes delivered to him by the carrier and check that the same number is matched on the delivery guide before signing it.
Default Product Returns:
When inspecting the article, if the customer considers that the product has a defect and is not in the conditions that he expected, he must notify it within 48 hours to the email email@example.com. The customer can then return the product to the address of the invoice. YOGAMATERIAL reserves the right to inspect the product and subsequently inform the customer of the right, or not, to the respective replacement, if there is stock, or refund, if there is none, and this process should not take more than a week in the case Return by mail; If the return is made directly to the store, the resolution will be immediate in the event of replacement or reimbursement.
