These flat yoga bolsters are long, flat cushions and an essential support to use when practicing passive postures, spine stretching, breathing exercises and deep meditative breathing. They are used for practitioners with less flexibility. Our bolsters are firm enough to provide complete support, but soft enough to allow for complete rest.

How to wash the cover of the flat bolster:
The outer cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C.
IMPORTANT: Do not place the entire bolster in the washing machine or water to wash by hand.
