Yoga chair, made of metal, widely used in Iyengar Yoga practice. Used to facilitate the execution of twisting, inversion and retro-flexion postures. The chair is stable, the feet do not leave marks and has great grip. It is foldable and takes up little space. 

This chair has a bar in the front and a bar in the back.
