Weight bags are made to induce deep relaxation and a sense of decompression. By putting extra weight on some parts of our body, we create a deeper consciousness in certain postures, helping to eliminate resistance. This weight bag is rectangularly designed for good weight distribution, with a removable and washable outer cover and two handles to help and increase versatility in its use.

Weight bag care:
The outer cover is removable and machine washable up to 30°C.
IMPORTANT: Do not put the whole weight bag in water or in the washing machine, as this will destroy the filling with treated sand.
