Zabuton has its origin in Japan, where it is used as a pillow to be able to sit during meditation, study, read or simply if you prefer to sit on the floor. Zabutons are flat square or rectangular pillows that are used as a base for zafus or other support pillows. This zabuton is like a small 6-8 cm thick square futon that offers extra comfort under the knees and ankles.

Care of zabuton cover:
